LRF believes education is the most effective tool to break the cycle of poverty and empower the comprehensive process for human and social transformation. LRF committed to empowering young people by supporting efforts to increase access to quality education from early childhood to higher education. LRF subscribes to the statement that quality education for all initiative consists on policy and planning, research and development, advocacy, awareness, social mobilization, capacity building of teachers and education managers and with the involvement of parents, communities and other education stake holders. LRF promotes and protects education for all as a fundamental right of every child without any discrimination.

LRF seek to increase the quality of early childhood car and education services for all children particularly those who are most disadvantages. This program promotes the healthy development and care of all children through family, community engagement, professional development and government accountability. This program is design on right bases approaches and social justice framework principally focusing to the development challenges faced by the children who are living in the poverty, rural areas, malnutrition, disabilities and minorities.
The LRF ECCE Program’s advocacy activities working with key stakeholders to put early childhood car and education issues on national, regional and international policy agendas. LRF is one the founding organization of Early Childhood Development Network in Pakistan http://www.ecdn-pak.org/.
